unless it is a very small business, it is always done that way.

I get there are different leadership styles....and a President is very different...as many people hate him in the first place, where in a company, your workers are generally, with few exceptions, wanting to be there...but motivation does matter.

Even then, I think it is fairly well proven that being a successful President requires at least some bit of compassion and vision...versus threat after threat.
