First...military should be a very last option. Minnesota proved that National Guard works very well. He should also go from a point of view of providing help vs taking over.

Second is around rhetoric. He barely addresses what happened, and goes straight to law and order. He shows ZERO empathy. And then after his first big speech what does he do....has the police clear out a space for him to go get a photo op.

He just looks bad through the whole thing...IMO.

and yes, I understand...that is who he is....and there is a base that loves that.
