He was a trained officer...you get trained over and over and over not only how to subdue a person..but how to do it the right way, the legal way, and the consequences of doing it wrong.
He was on his neck. He stayed on his neck for over 8 minutes, including 3+ minutes when he was unconscious.
He was not showing rage like he was reacting to being punched...he did not seem angry. he was even asked if it should be stopped and he said no.
What was his intent?
