Kroenke or The Rams Football Company, LLC, could declare bankruptcy, but all the other owners and clubs are still on the hook. Whatever agreement may or may not exist between Kroenke and the other owners as far as who will pay for the attorneys and settlement costs doesn't matter to St. Louis.
