It’s the business reorganization chapter. Briefly, some of the things it allows or requires include:

1. Current ownership/management to remain in control.

2. Virtually all unsecured debts to be compromised thru a Reoganization Plan.

3. The term of secured debts to be rewritten.

4. All litigation to be transferred to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

5. Delay any resolution of any litigation or claim for an extended period of time. FWIW, there is an old legal adage that “delay is the defense’s best ally”.

Your antimonsiy toward Stan Kroenke is clear, but your knowledge of the rights and options available to him and the Rams is sadly lacking.
