He should be a dominating force and the best big man in the SEC. But he hasn't been, so we keep winning 15 games. If he is the same inconsistent, mostly non-factor then this team's ceiling is very low.
We went 16-16 the year before going 31-7 and reaching the Elite Eight in 2008-09, basically adding 2 low profile transfers and a group of freshman all outside of the top 100 in their recruiting class. Its definitely not unprecedented. The driver there was the culture Mike Anderson was trying to build was finally in place and all the pieces actually fit his style of play and he had the depth and athleticism needed. It wasn't a talent influx so much as a sum starting to equal more than the parts. In a lot of ways the program is potentially at a similar point in history this offseason.
