College basketball recruiting is more about connections than it is selling. You are allowed 3 assistants. Every one of those guys should have known players they are connected to and can deliver. High end talent. Refer to what Huggins did in building a program at KSU, or the model Drew uses at Baylor. What we attempted to do with Fulford and Tate except nobody would actually sign with Kim.

Our current assistants are not getting the job done. The assistant budget was largely consumed by Porter Sr's huge salary and he wasn't recruiting. If we replaced all 3 of those spots with 3 assistants who are directly tied to and could almost assuredly deliver 1 or 2 high level recruits each you have a completely remade roster restacked with talent.
