Brookside was just as bad for armed robberies, only the Brookside Merchants Association kept the stories suppressed in the news.


That level of media suppression kept up until all the "youths" on the Plaza were acting out and the stories were breaking on talk radio and social media. The news industry realized if they didn't report on these incidents they would be exposed as complict in keeping the stories out of the news.

God forbid they should show black youths in a bad light.
