Stars are a good barometer but there is more to it than that

You have to talk about not only recruiting and developing 4* and 5* guys, but also the talent evaluation and development of your 2* and 3* guys, for they are the backbone and sinew of your team.

That part of a program with a new coach and staff is not always readily apparent.
Time will tell on that part.
