Stars matter at the five and high end of four level for sure

Those are the sure things for the most part due to their athletic ability regardless of work ethic.
The lower portion of four and all of three really depends on if the evaluation is correct, does the athlete work hard, have heart and love the game. Lots of factors.
I am watching baseball rankings right now and I know some of the kids. The evaluations at times are a joke. There are kids ranked that shouldn't be and other kids that are not ranked because they have not been seen or had an off day. One kid is highly ranked and he is a POS teammate, pouts, is lazy, but is incredibly talented. He isn't going to make it long-term but yet some guy thinks he will because he saw him once.
Stars are a good barometer but that is about it. Get five stars and yeah you are probably going to be very successful regardless of development.
