Whatever anybody thinks about what has become of Mizzou basketball, it is inarguable that Norm's time had come. Because, if you are honest with yourself, the downfall of Mizzou basketball started in 1994 when Norm failed to recruit/retain any legitimate players coming off the undefeated season.
