because everyone is going to second-guess him no matter what. If he listens to Fauci and some of the other so-called experts and locks down the country for another 2-4 weeks, many Americans will scream bloody murder. If he issues a call to open things back up again and the case load and death tolls go up again, he'll be labeled an insensitive, uncaring bastard. Maybe we should have a vote and see what the public wants to do.
