we go now. It is clear now the models were way off. And before you start saying "the social distancing worked", the models took into account that social distancing would work. And they were still way off. But that is water under the bridge.
How long do we hold down large swaths of the country where the threat is not nearly as severe as is the densely populated areas or the places with those who have the comorbid conditions that make them most vulnerable? Or do we foolishly stick to the current plan completely ignoring the enormous degree to which the threat was overstated?
