Given how government moved to shut businesses down through no fault of their own, it would have been immoral to simply tell them tough dookie. This is an unprecedented time and failure to act would have done untold wrong.

But, up until this point the spending has been free and regular. I know Trump wanted to rebuild our military capabilities, but the spending has been uncontrolled. This is Trump's largest failure by far.
