People will go back to work regardless because the alternative is financial ruin. What I am suggesting is that we will most likely need to go through the same process again in a few months as secondary peaks hit. It may not involve shutting down the economy but I suspect it will involve shutting down concerts, sports leagues etc... Nobody can predict when that will happen. A large percentage of college football fans are in fairly high risk segment of the population and you'd have to wonder how many of those are going to take their chances mingling with 70,000+ potentially infected people if the virus starts to spread rapidly again.
