that doesn't exist. It's on the coaching staff to recruit players and develop them and keep them in the program. It's that simple. If too many players come in, don't contribute and leave it's a complete waste of time, money and resources and doesn't do anything toward making your team/program better.

No one is saying what you are trying to argue. You are trying start cr*p that doesn't exist just like that silly thing you kept posting dozens of times about "excellence." Give it a rest.
