He won 76 games in 3 years for an avg of 25.3 wins per season. He won 1 conference championship, went to two NCAA tournaments, and 1 NIT tournament. MU was nationally ranked in all 3 seasons he coached at MU. 8 Tigers that played for him went on to the NBA either via draft or free agency.

That isn't cherry picking, that is just summarizing the whole thing.
