most cases generally makes sense in various ways, it also ignores at least one very significant thing...human nature and it's reality. So you give examples of how charity can solve the ills of the unfortunate in health, as if everyone is willing to donate willingly and sufficiently to take care of those who need it.
Won't happen, without the force of gov't. You conveniently ignore so much of reality. You don't want the draft, yet gov't exists partly to protect life and liberty. So another nation, as they have for millenia, attacks our nation to take it over, but there is no enforced draft so the armed forces are far too small to defend our "life and liberty". And you have no answers for that, or surely dozens of examples I might give.
Wishful thinking cannot substitute for reality. It can create naivete and gullibility.
