NEW YORK, NY – In yet another case of the abject failure of New York’s bail reform laws, a man *who had been previously charged with participating in a $7 million fentanyl ring was arrested on Feb. 27 by agents from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) after being released from custody without bail resulting from New York’s pathetic Bail Reform Act."
