He was apparently arrested by NYPD on possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, and released on his own recognizance. Doesn't sound like real major league stuff here.

Ice picks him up and says it is incomprehensible that someone arrested for "participating in a drug ring worth over 7 million dollars" would be released into the community.

Is this just copspeak? If so, I don't really get it since my IQ is above 90.
