Came forth and proved that theory incorrect. But who got bailed out..the rich.
I tend to agree in the last part. I think Purdue is doing a pilot on this. Pay no tuition while at school, and then you owe Purdue a certain percentage of your salary upon graduation
I look at Mizzou and see a 50% graduation rate.....to me Mizzou has failed those students. What business would still be in business if they screwed over half of their customers.
