a. Federalism allows citizens to create governments at varying levels of society to support their needs. And just because you say I'm not a fan of federalism, doesn't make it so.

b. Stay on message.

c. People naturally create and form governments, yes. As civilizations and societies have settled, governments are the natural creation of those individuals. The individuals who helped to create the American gov't are those who you believe were infallible in their writing of the constitution.
