(a) Why did you throw federalism in there? Federalism and democracy have little to do with each other. Also, you've shown to not be a fan of federalism, so I'm surprised to see you seize on it here.
(b) If you're interested in citizen decision making, then you should be against taxing the citizenry. Taxation strips the citizenry of purchasing power (i.e. decision-making power) and gives it to the govt instead.
(c) People naturally create and form governments? Did you mean to say that very few people create and form governments? Have you ever created or formed a government? Do personally know anyone who has created and formed a government?
