One OLB is a pass rusher, playing on the boundary side. This is usually a DE-type: Williams, Hansford, Turner, et al.
The other OLB is the Sam LB, playing on the field side. In MU's system this position is replaced by a nickelback. That would not change depending on the front.
The only real personnel change playing a traditional odd front would require is replacing one of the DEs with a bigger DT-type body. It seems to me a guy like Byers would be perfect for that spot--the field DT.
