covered by executive privilege if the President chooses to claim it. If the legislature chooses to fight privilege it goes to the courts to decide. You really need to stop getting your constitutional law from Schiff and the House Dems.

There is a reason Bolton’s book is not public yet. The NSC has to clear it before it is released. Right now the only ones who know for sure what is in the book are Bolton, whoever actually wrote the book and the NSC minions who are checking the clearance. So far none of them have made a public statement. And the NYT has had about as much luck with their confidential sources as you have with you political predictions.
