Try to keep on the thread. I happen to believe people who are actually involved in this on a higher level than yourself. And Roberts - I assume by the rules set by the Senate CAN rule on materiality of a witness and THEN the Senate if it chooses can vote to overturn that.

You are right on the voting on the witnesses, but to say Roberts can't step in is incorrect in my understanding.
