government HAS became a tyrannical "leviathan". the Founders warned us of this. The Constitution is a broad brush. It came about through a convention of STATE delegates. The UNITED states. The Constitution was a BROAD collection of inalienable "rights" proposed and agreed to by a group of men. Not nature...Men. The UNITED states agreed to these "rights" and the structure of a united governance.

However, again, the only NATURAL rights we have are the same as the flora and fauna of our planet: The right to struggle for our best existence. Period.

All other "rights" are agreed to by men.

To allow our natural "rights" as law is to agree to the natural instincts and behavior of animals. That is to MAXIMIZE the individual's comfort and prosperity. Without the agreed to "rights" of MEN, the right is only to struggle.

When the first civil war of the states happened, it was a result of northern state capitalists COVETING the resources of the southern agricultural states. It had ZERO to do with Africans, everything to do with $$$. It was the first major "accomplishment" of a monetized political machine in our republic. It was a pandora's box for future crony capitalist government.

Why? Because the natural "right" of man is to MAXIMIZE his existence through struggle. The Constitution, and the MEN who agreed to it, were THE SOLE EXCEPTION to governance without tyranny.
