So does the compliance staff that works against Mizzou athletics way too much.

I have said this a lot that most P6 schools that I have looked at that were as bad as Mizzou take 4-5 seasons to get to being a expected to be good year in and year out. With Mizzou going all in on the Porters and then them getting hurt it set Cuonzo back a year. I think his contract guarantees him 5 years because he can’t be fired until a month after his 4th season. The buyout is still huge at that point. By that point he will have seniors that he recruited and developed for 4 seasons. If he fails it will be because of him and not previous coaches. It will be about him being able to recruit and develop the players that he chose.
