most of the games, she is the team's motor. When she plays well, they've won some games. When she plays below her average performance, they've lost. When she's on the bench, they stand around.
Part of the problem is that they don't have a point guard so she has to play a lot more with the ball in her hands than is ideal. If they had a first class point who could distribute and complement Aijha's game, she'd have fewer TO's and a better shooting percentage.
I think this season is probably a lost cause and the best thing HCRP can do is develop Blackwell and Frank into the best possible players for next year, when they'll have three really strong transfers probably starting with them.
