Couple things- Iran and Russia don't trust eachother

at all, I mean it. They both play politics and want to push the United States out of their backyards, they have competing interests. Iran needs Russian weapons, but Russia has zero desire to see a strong Iran next door to it...especially a nuclear one. It's a partnership that's short term and convenient.

I also believe, somewhere in the future...Iran and America will become allies, natural one's, when America stops bullying Iran and Iran has to turn its attention to China and Russia.
