or that they don't. If the courts ruled they did have to testify, and then those individuals still didn't show up, then the democrats could have an obstruction of justice charge. Simply ignoring the initial subpoena, and letting the courts decide isn't obstruction of congress (or illegal). It's odd the dems won't wait it out to see what happens, which means they know they have nothing on Trump.
