Were they not filled out correctly? Nobody signed off on them?

Or were they subpoenas for an investigation that you don't agree with so therefore they're phony?

I'm genuinely curious because if it's the latter and that's what the GOP is saying then I guess they're fine with us normal people ignoring "phony" subpoenas.... right?
