Yet, read the Luke 22 and John 18 accounts. Puke tells the disciples to prepare for the Passover meal so they may eat it. Then later, they eat it. Jesus goes out to the garden, gets arrested, the trial then crucifixion.
Luke 22
7 Then came the day of Unleavened Bread, on which the Passover lamb had to be sacrificed. 8 So Jesus[b] sent Peter and John, saying, “Go and prepare the Passover meal for us that we may eat it.”
14 When the hour came, he took his place at the table, and the apostles with him. 15 He said to them, “I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer; 16 for I tell you, I will not eat it[c] until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.”
Matthew 26:17-30.. again Jesus tells them to go prepare for the Passover meal. That evening they eat the Passover meal.
Mark 14.. on the day the lambs were slaughtered for the Passover, again Jesus has them prepare for the Passover and they eat it that evening.
12 On the first day of Unleavened Bread, when the Passover lamb is sacrificed, his disciples said to him, “Where do you want us to go and make the preparations for you to eat the Passover?”
John tells a different story. The trial before Pilate is taking place BEFORE the Passover meal. The Synoptic Gospels have the Passover meal, then the trial.
John 18:28
28 Then they took Jesus from Caiaphas to Pilate’s headquarters.[g] It was early in the morning. They themselves did not enter the headquarters,[h] so as to avoid ritual defilement and to be able to eat the Passover. 29
John 19
14 Now it was the day of Preparation for the Passover; and it was about noon. He said to the Jews, “Here is your King!” 15 They cried out, “Away with him! Away with him! Crucify him!” Pilate asked them, “Shall I crucify your King?” The chief priests answered, “We have no king but the emperor.” 16 Then he handed him over to them to be crucified.
Summary:
Matthew, Mark and Luke have the disciples on the day the lambs are slaughtered for the Passover ask Jesus about preparations for the Passover meal. That evening, they eat the Passover meal. Jesus goes to the garden, gets arrested. Jesus goes to trial and is crucified.
John has Jesus arrested and taken to Pilate for trial. The Jewish leaders will not enter because they do not want to ritually defile themselves and miss out on eating the Passover meal. Jesus is convicted and executing. He dies at the time the lambs are being slaughtered for the Passover meal.
That does not add up and has nothing to do with your claim I don't understand the Jewish calendar.
