certain reasons.

Having a homeless shelter chased from another city because of its multitude of problems within that community was not one of those reasons.

And the church community wanting to operate the shelter doesn't live in the immediate area, so they will be largely unaffected by their decision.

Their leader is a Buddhist. Would you want some idiot like rask putting a homeless shelter next to your house?
