But our neighborhood is very savvy when it comes to decisions which will affect not only our quality of life, but also our property values.

Having a bunch of untrained do-gooders who DON'T live in the immediate area surrounding their church where they want to run an overnite lodging facility and then dump those folks outside during the day time is problematic.
