that the information provided by the FBI and the NSA (by signing off) and DOJ (by signing off) was not only inaccurate, but intentionally wrong (FBI agent modified docs) and hence the FISA warrant was obtained on illegal/faulty grounds.

That's not arguing the gvmt has no right to obtain warrants.
