because she's more knowledgeable about the subject than either you or me. Doesn't mean she's right, I'll give you that, and doesn't mean that she shouldn't carry out the plan delivered by the Commander in Chief, but a wise Chief would at least listen to those in the know. Just like I think there's a place for folks like Bolton, who I rarely agree with, I think it's good to hear other views and other perspectives.

I'm not sure what scandal you're referring to.
