bureaucracy quite like Obama. The number of appointed positions reclassified as civil service slots was unprecedented. It is called 'borrowing in' and the Obama hires did it in spades.
Regarding Yananovich, she is a political hack who was openly working talking against the Trump Admin. She got caught in a scandal, underreported by MSM and was rightly fired. She actually pressured Ukraine authorities not to investigate a list of names involved in Obama Admin corruption. Her testimony before Schiff's committee included no information detrimental to Trump. Her personal opinions of Trump's foreign policy agenda is no more relevant than yours or mine.
