That's not what he is saying dummy. If the government retreated from their current position, it would invite DOJ investigation and criminal prosecutions of the Mueller team prosecutors. Powell, Judge Sullivan and DOJ Pros. Van Grack know this. Powell has placed team Mueller between a rock and a hard place. Judge Sullivan knows he can't ignore her filing, because it goes to the heart of his previous order, now over one year old for the prosecution to deliver all exculpatory information to the defense. Team Mueller and now TM residual prosecutor Van Grack have refused to obey the order. It is coming to a head and there is no easy way out for Team Mueller.
