why hasn't he moved to withdraw his plea and reinstate a not guilty plea? i'm surprised the judge hasn't done so sua sponte-it seems the only way this case will be resolved.

if he has moved to withdraw the guilty plea, is there a link to the order denying the motion?

after the publication and politicization of the whole thing it seems likely to result in a hung jury.
