on supposed home monitoring with a GPS ankle bracelet go out an commit more crimes because now they figure "Fvck it, I'm going to jail anyway. Might as well have more charges which can get plea bargained away" and then kill someone, or get themselves killed, I have to question the mindset of eliminating the bail system.
