but with which policies outlined there do you take issue? legalization of marijuana seems a no-brainer. reversing marijuana convictions is a natural continuation of legalization. incentivizing private prisons is insane. the bail system is broken and designed to coerce pleas rather than ensure future appearance.

it's crazy that rehabilitation is not a, let alone the, goal in incarceration.
