been subverted in the interests of diversity and inclusion. Think affirmative action for the purpose of balancing all those white males. It got so bad in our agency that many if not most of these hires were assigned busy work in the regional office, because they were incompetent for the job they were hired for. In the rare instances when we got lucky and hired a good one, we trained them up quickly and allowed them to tag along on important cases.
