but for argument's sake, let's say Trump said flat out, I'm withholding military aid unless and until you investigate Ukraine's involvement in the 2016 election and any corruption involving Biden and Burisma; which was never said explicitly btw. but for argument's sake, let's say it was.

tell me again how that is illegal? Does it matter one bit that the DoJ already examined the matter and said no crime was committed?

Can Joe not be investigated b/c he's running for president?

can the POTUS not decided to hold up foreign aid for whatever damn reason he wants, to include telling the country they aren't getting it until they look into the possibility of certain corrupt acts?
