I will say this I work in the child psych. field and more parents than you can believe push this now days,many
of them have past issues as well but it's a big thing now....Many doctors and mental health people push early transition as well.

There is a big schism in the field at this time about what is the proper approach, take a wait and see approach and let things play out till they are 18yr of age or jump in and start it early..Heck A Doc in Kansas City well she wanted to transition my youngest Daughter at 12 years of age.She was online with some of her friends and it was the thing in their group to say they was gender fluid etc. etc. She told the Doc this and she was pushing transition right away went and got information, numbers to call and was ready to start a hormone regime and the process.

I thought my Ex wife was going to KILL HER and I mean for real. She was shaking uncontrollably she was so ****ed and I had to talk my Ex. of the ledge from killing her in the office with her protection.

Trying to transition a 12 year old when the reason we was there was health related....Messing with a Womens Baby without consent to do so is always dangerous. Little Doctor didn't know how close she came to her expiration date.

Sometimes people need to MYOB and not address or meddle in other peoples lives unless asked to do so.
