Why won't charity work. with less government intrusion, people will have a lot more money to give to charity. I think there will be enough people that understand the poor need help, and all there will be lots of charitable organizations that will come bout to fill this need. give basic health coverage by the government to fit the needs of the covered.

One thing I did forget...even if you cannot afford complete coverage, you will be required to still put a certain min percentage of your income towards healthcare.
