anything of material value or to solicit same for the purpose of attempting to influence a US election from a foreign country. That is the law. It is not a debate nor has the right argued it, though Trump et al try to muddy the waters using the term quid pro quo connected with the solicitation. Qui pro quo is not in the law, solicitatio is. Why do you think the GOP is so quiet on this?
