actually mo HS's can have more practice than TX hs's

This has gone on for several years now, but MO HS coaches can plan 20 days of practice over the spring and summer, where in TX I believe they are held to like 18. It actually used to be 25, then was lowered to 20. Schools and coaches use the days however they see fit.
