1. THERE IS NO MOTHER FVCKING REQUIREMENT FOR A HOUSE VOTE TO INITIATE AN IMPEACHMENT INQUIRY. A formal vote for clinton or nixon, doesn't mandate that a formal vote is required for trump.

2. THE RULE ON SUBPOENAS IS THE ISSUE. With nixon, a VOTE was required to issue subpoenas. With the gop rules change, a vote is NOT required to issue subpoenas.
