to ask Ukraine's help with. Our GOVERNMENT didn't ASK Ukraine's government to HELP.

The Potus "asked" Ukraine's President to do the investigation and to work with his personal attorney.

Had OUR GOVERNMENT asked the Ukranian Govt (that would have been AG to their Prosecutor) to either investigate a Ukranian or assist with the investigation of a US Citizen, the Ukranian Prosecutor would want to see some evidence to conduct an investigation ("POTUS said he's a BAAAAAD man, isn't grounds - unless the Ukraine Prosecutor really is corrupt.)
